Key Responsibilities: End-to-end management of a residential portfolio Leasing and routine inspections supported by the team Maintain strong landlord and tenant relationships Requirements: 2–3 years experience in Property Management Current certificate of registration and driver's licence Benefits: Salary up to $90,000 Super Company car for out-of-office tasks Support with routines and leasing Role 3: SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER – UPPER COOMERA Location: Upper Coomera, QLD Salary: $95,000 Super Take-Home Car Manage a portfolio of 220 properties with out-of-office support. What’s Included: Admin and inspection support Take-home company car Competitive salary package Requirements: Strong Property Management experience QLD certificate of registration Role 4: SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER – HYBRID WORK MODEL Location: Brisbane Salary: Up to $95,000 Super WFH: 2 Days per Week following onboarding Manage a clean portfolio of 170 properties with an assistant for fieldwork and admin. Perks: Flexible hybrid working – WFH 2x per week Dedicated assistant support Modern systems and progressive team Requirements: 3 years in Property Management Certificate of registration Role 5 & 6: ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGERS (INNER WEST & INNER CBD SOUTH) Salary: $60,000 – $65,000 Super Location: Inner West & South of the River, Brisbane Launch your Property Management career with a leading agency offering training, mentorship, and hands-on experience. Key Duties: Conduct entry/vacate inspections and condition reports Lease preparation and tenancy admin Support with general property tasks Requirements: Minimum 6 months property management experience Certificate of registration required Access to own vehicle Role 7: FLOATING ONSITE PROPERTY MANAGER – INNER NORTH Location: Inner North, Brisbane Salary: $85,000 Super Benefits: Gym Membership Daily Lunches Provide operational support to a group of onsite managers.
